Your handcrafted wood piece is made to be used, enjoyed, and cared for. Following these instructions will help preserve its natural beauty and extend its life.

General Care

• Wipe the product with a soft, damp cloth.
• Dry it thoroughly after cleaning.
• Do not soak wooden products or leave them submerged in water.
• Do not place wooden products in a dishwasher, microwave, or oven.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, and extreme humidity.
• Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or scouring pads.
• Store the product in a clean, dry location.

Serving Boards and Food-Contact Products

• Clean promptly after each use with mild dish soap and warm water.
• Never soak the board or place it in a dishwasher.
• Dry the board upright so air can circulate around all surfaces.
• Periodically condition the wood with a food-grade mineral oil or wood conditioner intended for food-contact surfaces.
• Do not use the serving board as a cutting board unless the product description specifically identifies it for cutting.
• Discontinue food-contact use if the product develops deep cracks, separation, or damage that cannot be properly cleaned.

Decorative and Personalized Products

Decorative products should be used only for their stated purpose. Engraved and painted surfaces should be cleaned gently to protect the design and finish.

Natural wood may change slightly over time. Minor variations in grain, knots, color, and texture are not defects; they are characteristics of authentic wood.
